Geralyn is a pro. She knew exactly what I was going for, gave me a few options, and nailed it. We are still in the process of renovating our main bathroom, but our contractor was so impressed with the Origin Artic large tiles that he is thinking of retiling his own bathroom the same. The Doge white mosaic we are using in a niche is very unique. Geralyn made herself available and always responded to an email query promptly. She is a treasure. My husband and I worked with Niki for our bathroom remodel. I wanted you to know how helpful and friendly she was. She made this overwhelming process much easier. When the tile that came seemed darker than the samples, Niki was more than happy to help us check the grout color to make sure it would match well. We were so very thankful for her assistance with everything. Even though the showroom was extremely busy, Niki was smiling and happy to help! You have a great employee! Stefanie was always so pleasant, welcoming, helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived. With such a large selection, she helped us find the right tiles for our new bathroom and gave us design advice. I walked in without an appointment on the recommendation of a friend who used Tile America. It was busy and Karen happened to walk by. She was so helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive. I needed a very specific tile look. She found it and gave me options.
I purchased the tile and her follow-up and thoroughness in getting the order placed in a timely manner were excellent. I will go back to Karen when I renovate my bathroom.
