  • My wife and I had a very pleasant and satisfying experience at Tile America in New Haven. The facility is state-of-the-art, very clean, with a wide selection of tile and marble. There are many displays showing the use of various tiles and marble in actual bathrooms and kitchens. We were especially impressed with our sales associate, Penny G. She was eager to please and enthusiastic about our quest to find just the right tile. She tirelessly brought us sample after sample and remained pleasant and upbeat. We finally did select tile for our bathroom and she was masterful in finalizing the sale. She worked with our contractor to ensure tile and materials were ready for pickup. Penny returned phone calls promptly and expertly answered all questions and concerns we had. Penny offered many suggestions which we gratefully implemented. Penny G is extremely conscientious and knowledgeable. She was invaluable to us in our project to update our bathroom.

  • I worked with Amanda to remodel my kitchen ( backsplash) and 2 bathrooms (tile for walls & floors). Tile America has an amazing selection of tiles which is great but can be overwhelming. Amanda was like my personal designer and helped picked out fabulous tile. Even my contractor was impressed with the selection. It all came together perfectly and I LOVE how everything turned out. This is the place to go for excellent tile choices and professionals, like Amanda, that help with the design.

  • I'm gutting 2 bathrooms and felt overwhelmed starting from scratch! After wandering around Home Depot and Lowes aimlessly for weeks, my contractor suggested I get my supplies from Tile America. I was willing to "overpay" for the professional guidance and convenience but was pleasantly surprised. Carolee was EXTREMELY helpful in helping me choose everything down to the grout and their prices are just about what I'd pay at the big box stores! I got expert advice, great ideas and stuck to my budget. They make it all so easy!! Would definitely recommend!!
