ZELLIGE

Zellige Tiles were originally made in the Fez region of Morocco. Traditionally, they were square in shape.  This style has become increasingly popular in modern interior design in the rectangle shape.  When laid, they have a breathtaking undulating surface that resembles the surface of a rippling pond.  Design alert:  Squares are making a comeback!
